Hi Karen, Lovely to hear from you. I'm a great believer that our loved ones are around us. You'll be fine lovely give it time, there is no time to grief, but you do learn to live with it. ^j^
Hi Karen, Welcome to Memories of Love, I feel for you and hope the hurt of losing your mum will get better as time goes by, remember the good times you had with her, she is around you and will hear what you say if you speak to her. A sudden passing is very hard to cope with, there is always some unfinished business and people feel guilty that they didn't do enough while their loved ones were here, but they should not feel that way everyone has their alloted time on earth and when the time is right they go back home to heaven where they have more work to do. God BLess ^j^

About me:
Hi, I am a 38 year old Staff Nurse and I live in a town called Paisley in Scotland. I have two children 10 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. My marriage broke down 4 years ago now but we are carrying on with our lives happily.
As a nurse I have experienced death in many ways and have comforted many grieving relatives. I have at times had 'experiences' that I would really like to open up to and be more receptive of. I would love to develope my spiritual side and whatever may come as a result of that!
About the person you lost
I have recently lost the most precious person in anyones life...my mother! My mum passed 31st May 2007 at the age of 60. It was all very sudden at the end but I take a little comfort in knowing that my dad, younger sister and myself were there as she passed.
