Merciful God, we pray for all the healers, for those whom thou hast given skill in surgery and medicine, we pray, asking that they may be wise, strong and tender and greatly used in curing disease.
For the Nurses we ask a high view of their calling, and patience and grace as assist effectively in restoring to health and cheerfulness in affliction.
For those who deal with mental illness, we pray that thy spirit may enlighten them with insight and power to bring peace to troubled minds.
For all those whom thou has given gifts of healing, we ask that thy power and love may come forth into the bodies thou has chosen
